A little info before I give his story:
Powers:
Energy Beam: Fired from Battle staff, extremely powerful, used only once in a while because it drain the weapon of it power for a while. Technology Weapon.
BlackHole Burst:A small black Vortex is fired from his Right hand Gauntlet, from the very center of his hand.
WhiteHole Burst: A small white Vortex is fired from his left hand Gauntlet, from the very center of his hand.
Shadow Burst: Putting both his hands hill to hill like flower in front of him he use the both White and Black Hole burst at the same time, combining their powers. This attack is much great then both attack combined thought because both together amplify each powers.
Shadow Walk: Can use Shadows like Portals, walking into one and coming out some where else.
 

Transformation: To transform he grabs the medallion around his neck, says "BlackHole Power" and a swirling vortex of dark light, or Blackhole in other words, surrounds him. Once it disperses BlackHole Shadow stand there.
He has black cloak. Long black/brown hair. To enemy his face is hidden in shadows but to friend it is clear visible, implants and all. He has a Black shirt on with black pants. Black shoes and a wide brimmed hat on. He also has Gauntlets on each hand & arm. Armor on his lower legs and shoulder and chest armor plates. All his plants can also be seen. The ones on his arms become fused with his Gauntlets.

Battle Staff: Looks like a normal Staff/wizards staff but can from an Battle Ax blade on the top, making it a long handle Battle Ax. It has a Black Ball on the very top. It also can morph into other melee weapons.

In his new life he was just a normal College student when the nagaverse found that him in their search for energy. They sensed he had some powers. They did not recognize him so instead of draining him they instead captured him, brain washed him, and made him a Dark knight. After time with the nagaverse as a Dark knight doing evil Jeremiah's memories finally awoke. By this time he had gained Immortality (not he can't die immortality but doesn't age Immortality. But he's not easy to hurt or kill because of his powers and Cybernetic Implants) and developed technology that allowed him to travel Time and Dimensional so once his memories awoke he use this technology to run, hide from the negaverse, and to recover from what he had become.

After he traveled for a long while he decide to truly test his power, using them he created a dimension called the Shadow Continuum, and he created an empire for himself in that dimension. He called the empire the Shadow Empire but it is know as the Shadow Continuum Empire to everyone else.  The Empire is a collection of outcasts races gathering together in a place they all could call home. Both organic and Inorganic.

The first race in the Empire was a Robotic race he created. Before the empire had formed Jeremiah was running experiments when he had created a AI intelligence accidentally.  After creating the first of them he created more and let them chose what they wanted to do and become. They chose to follow him and call the chose to call them self's the Mechaniods. He help them create their first bodies then let them go on from their on their own. The created the Empire at this time and As time went on this race evolved and new ones joined the Empire.

Jeremiah also changed. By the time that the Mechaniods came to be he had added cybernetic implants to his own body. He now had implant on both wrists, on his ankles and over other parts of his body. Using cloaking technology he hides these implant when not transformed or in a place where such thing would seem abnormal. These increase his body's strength, speed, allow him to heal faster in a normal human can, give him the ability to Time, Space and Dimensionally travel with out a ship give him and additional weaponry.

During his time as Emperor he made friends with almost everyone in his empire but one of his best Friends is Max. A Mechaniod, and self appointed honor Guard. His guardian/friend/pet is Drake, a FireLizard that can make his wings disappear to make him look like an unusual lizards. This allows him to go with Jeremiah almost every where just like Luna does with Serena

He final did returned to earth, but only after a long time and only because of engine troubles on his Ship during his travels. Earth was the closes planet at the time so he land there. For him millions of years had passed but only a few month had past for the Earth. Once there he found out that the Sailor Scouts' memories had awaken while he was away and they had final found out their true powers and identities. He knew then that it was time for him to stay and protect them.

While he was to late to help them in their previous battles he could help them from that point on and he did so.  A few months later they final finish their latest enemy and he left for space again for a short time, seeing no more enemies. He recently has return to see if he could take up his old life again, leaving another good friend in charge of his empire for as long as he's gone.

He brought with him two ships, His Yacht, Chaos and his Super Dreadnought, Dark Phoenix (They real will not have any impact on the story. That unless I throw a monkey wrench into things, hehe. Alien Invaders anyone? ) On his returned home he found that there was a new enemy and he would not be taking up his old life. He was prepare. Once again he takes up his battle Staff, his powers, and all his weaponry. Drake sits on his should, full ready for battle. Jeremiah grabs the medallion around his neck and in a swirl vortex of dark light he becomes BlackHole Shadow.
